After you have ordered the product, you naturally want to start using your purchased item as soon as possible. Below are the most frequently asked questions. If your question is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service via email or WhatsApp.

Where do you deliver, and what are the delivery costs?
We use DHL's delivery service, which allows us to deliver products in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and throughout Europe. If you order on a weekday before 10 PM, you will receive your order the next business day within the Netherlands and Belgium. For Germany, the delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days. However, due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, this may change. The most current delivery times are listed with the products themselves.

We do not charge any delivery costs for the wireless clippers. This applies to both the Netherlands and Belgium, so you won't encounter unexpected costs later on.

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, the delivery time within Europe is between 1 to 5 working days.

The track and trace code shows that the order has been delivered, but I haven’t received my order. What now?
We're sorry to hear that! Even with a company like DHL, things can occasionally go wrong, especially during busy periods when many packages are being processed. Please contact our customer service so we can initiate an investigation with DHL and find out where the package is. It sometimes happens that the package is delivered to a neighbor.

Can I choose a delivery time for the delivery?
Unfortunately, you cannot choose a delivery time. DHL provides a time frame for when the package will be delivered via the track & trace code.

Can I give delivery instructions?
Unfortunately, we cannot pass on instructions to DHL. If you would like the package to be delivered to a neighbor or left in the shed, it is best to leave a note at your door. However, we cannot guarantee that the delivery person will follow these instructions, as they are ultimately responsible for the delivery.

Can I pick up my order?
We do not have a physical store where our products can be picked up, so it is only possible to have the product delivered.
