Orders placed on working days before 10 p.m. will be delivered the next working day. During public holidays our delivery times differ and orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days. The current delivery times are stated with the product.

Unfortunately not. The track & trace code indicates in which time frame the package will be delivered.

We cannot pass on instructions to DHL. If you would like to have the package delivered to the neighbors or in the shed, you can, for example, hang up a note.

PLEASE NOTE: in this case we cannot guarantee that the deliverer will follow the instructions correctly and are not responsible if a package is unexpectedly lost.

Treat the clipper with oil after every 5 shaves to extend the life of the device. Our maintenance oil is available under the heading 'accessories'.

Add about 1-2 drops of oil to the blades of the clippers. Then turn on the clippers so that the oil can distribute over the blades. When the oil has spread sufficiently over the blades, you can turn the clipper off again.

The hair clipper can be used without a comb attachment for shorter hair lengths. Our hair clippers have a lever that allows the length to be shortened between 0.5 and 3 mm.

Two indicators are visible on the LCD display on the Revahs cordless hair clipper. The yellow/orange indicator indicates that the blades need to be oiled. Turn off the clippers and drip a little oil onto the blades. And then turn the cordless clippers back on so that the oil spreads over the blades. When the blades are sufficiently oiled, the yellow/orange indicator will go out.

The red indicator indicates that the battery is (almost) empty. Charge the hair clipper with the corresponding USB cable + adapter and the red indicator will go out again.

First clean the (clipper) blades thoroughly. And then place the knives thoroughly in the oil.
If the blades have dried out, resistance will arise on the blades, which will cause the blades to heat up and the battery to switch off.
