Not satisfied with your purchase? We're sorry to hear that. We would be happy to resolve the issue for you. Every REVAHS order can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. Returns are usually processed within 3 to 5 working days.

We kindly ask you to return items in the same condition in which you received them: unused and with all original packaging intact. Due to EU hygiene regulations, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products that are no longer sellable. To ensure that your return arrives safely, we recommend shipping the items in a sturdy shipping box.

How do I return my product?
To arrange a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to our returns page: https://revahs.returnless.com/nl

  2. Follow the instructions on the page to start the return process.

  3. Pack the product in the original shipping box and include the packing slip and, if applicable, a copy of the purchase receipt.

  4. Take the complete package to the nearest DHL location for shipping.

Is my return insured?
Revahs is not responsible for shipments that do not arrive correctly. Would you like to ensure it? Send your shipment registered with track & trace.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned product is received in good condition, the full purchase amount will be refunded. This will be done using the original payment method.

Refunds may be delayed until the returned product has been delivered to us or you, as the customer, have provided proof that the product has been shipped.

My product arrived in poor condition, what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact customer service, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
